Our BassYaks Tarpon 140 is a great fishing platform.

 With either a 5 speed forward and 3 in reverse, or the Electronic Module they can reach speeds around 6 mph, a 12volt battery can be located in the forward hatch, and this also acts as keel weight and enhances stability in rough water, or put it in the rear tank well in a battery box.

The battery run time varies with weight, currents, type of fishing, and type of battery chosen, but 5 to 8 hours is not unrealistic  

Steering is done with your feet, leaving your hands free for fishing. The peddles are adjustable to accommodate any size person and the response is also adjustable.

Available in 2 different thrust lb motors, 30 -55 thrust lbs    

The BassYaks Tarpon is the perfect machine for trolling a T&W for Stripers, or searching the flats for Bones, the kayak can manuever in as little as 6 inches of water.
